Knowlu

Knowlu answers one question every morning: what should I work on today, and in what order? It reads your course calendar, keeps every assignment as a plain file on your own machine, and puts the day in front of you when you open it.

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. $9.99 a month, or $69.99 for the academic year — seven days free first, and you can cancel any time from inside the app. Knowlu needs an account.

Your data

Your vault stays on this machine. Knowlu's servers hold your account, the judgments they make for you, and what you correct; they never hold the text of your notes, and nothing here is ever sold or shared.

What is stored, and where

What it does today

• Reads your LMS calendar feed — the link Blackboard and Canvas already give you.
• Keeps coursework logins in Windows Credential Manager, never in a file.
• Runs twice a day on its own, from the tray, on the schedule you pick.
• Mirrors your vault to a folder you own, with a dated snapshot a day.

Right-click the tray icon and choose Copy diagnostics to send us a problem. It carries the version, the last three runs and the last error. Report an issue in the tray shows you the whole report before it is sent, with emails, links and keys already replaced, and lets you edit it.
